Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Unstoppable Pages, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. How Our Business Works

UnstoppablePages is a growing digital assets marketplace offering curated digital assets, along with a small selection of web services. We hand-pick every asset in our marketplace and only list domains with clear branding potential or SEO value. You can browse our curated inventory of premium domains and either purchase an asset directly or commission one of our web services (branding, web design and development, automation).

3. Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unstoppable Pages and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Domain Sales

All domain sales are final once the domain has been successfully transferred to you. Each domain is purchased through its dedicated landing page, or through one of our sales partners including Spaceship, GoDaddy (Afternic), and Atom.com, using escrow-protected payment, meaning funds are only released to us once the transfer is verified. If a transfer cannot be completed for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund as described in our Refund Policy. Once the domain has been transferred to your possession, Unstoppable Pages is no longer responsible for the domain's renewal or management.

5. Services & Payment

When you engage Unstoppable Pages for creative services (branding, web design and development, automation, etc.), the specific terms of that engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Contract. Payment for services is processed through PayPal or Polar.sh, and by purchasing through these providers you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours. Deposits, milestones, and invoicing are documented in your contract; cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. How We Communicate With You

We use email primarily for transactional communications related to your user account, marketplace activity, customer enquiries, invoices, and support. Marketing emails are minimal and limited to occasional updates or newsletters, and are only sent to users who have explicitly subscribed or previously contacted us through our website. We never purchase, rent, or scrape email lists. Every marketing email includes a working one-click unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

We combine domain investing with a full suite of creative services so that founders can acquire the right name and build the brand on top of it.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
