## The Challenge Mon Panier Bio aims to connect local organic farmers directly with consumers in Casablanca and Rabat. The logistical challenge was immense: managing perishable inventory from 50+ independent farmers and coordinating same-day delivery.
## The Solution We built a complete ecosystem.
### Visual Identity To build trust in the organic nature of the products, we chose a palette rooted in nature: Deep Forest Green (#2E5C41) and Fresh Sprout Green (#A8D86A). The logo combines modern simplicity with organic curves to suggest growth and natural cycles.
### Sovereign Automation (n8n) We moved beyond standard e-commerce plugins. We deployed a self-hosted n8n instance to handle the logistics logic: 1. **Inventory Sync:** Automated daily WhatsApp messages to farmers to update stock. 2. **Route Optimization:** Orders are automatically grouped by geolocation for delivery drivers. 3. **Customer Updates:** Real-time SMS notifications via local gateways.
## The Result Mon Panier Bio is now the #1 organic delivery service in its region, processing hundreds of orders daily with a lean operational team, thanks to the automated "nervous system" we built.
